After shaking off the effects of hip surgery to post a new personal best in the three kilometre time trial, Fremantle skipper Matthew Pavlich is primed for a big AFL season. Pavlich, a veteran on 256 games, sliced 20 seconds off his best time in a recent 3km time trial. But the 30-year-old veteran claims he's not the only one to post a PB in a demanding pre-season campaign under new coach Ross Lyon. |
